LOERE CLINIC Privacy Policy

This translation is for reference only. The Korean original takes precedence.

LOERE CLINIC (hereinafter the Clinic) establishes and publishes this Privacy Policy as follows, under Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly.

Effective date: October 6, 2026

1. Personal Information We Process and Purposes of Processing

To count clicks on the Book button, we record only the page on which the button was pressed and the time.

Reservations and consultations are linked to external services such as Naver Reservation and the KakaoTalk channel. Information you enter there is processed under the privacy policy of the operator of that service.

The maps on the Home page and the Location page are loaded from the map service of Kakao Corp. When the map loads, the browser of the visitor connects directly to Kakao servers, so the IP address and browser information may be passed to Kakao, and this information is processed under the privacy policy of Kakao.

The thumbnail images of YouTube videos shown on the website are received by the website server from YouTube (i.ytimg.com), so the browser of the visitor does not connect directly to YouTube when viewing thumbnails. When you select a video, you are taken to YouTube, where the privacy policy of YouTube (Google) applies.

2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

  • Google Analytics visit statistics: Event data is retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months (counted again from the time of a new visit), after which it is deleted automatically.
  • Server access logs: Retained under the retention policy of the hosting service (Vercel) and then deleted.
  • Where applicable laws and regulations require retention, the information is retained for that period.

3. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

The Clinic destroys personal information without delay once its retention period has passed or its purpose of processing has been achieved. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Clinic does not provide the personal information of data subjects to third parties. The exceptions are cases where the data subject has given separate consent or where the law has a special provision.
